LogicMonitor
What is LogicMonitor:
Logic Monitor is a SaaS based automated IT performance-monitoring platform. The product allows insights into a companies IT infrastructure (including on-premises, cloud, and hybrid data infrastructures) and monitors the quality of performance between them. Primary users of the product are IT professionals.
My Role:
I began as a Sr. UX design team of one responsible for improving upon existing workflows and designing new features throughout the product. As the company grew, and in addition to my regular UX design responsibilities, I was promoted to UX Design Manger responsible for hiring a larger UX design team for both on-sight and remote roles across the country.
